- There are State Laws that address disorderliness and City Ordinance 1260 addresses loud music primarily from vehicles. You can
call the Blytheville Police Department non-emergency number 870-763-4411 to speak with an officer to report the disturbance.
- Yes unless accompanied by a parent city ordinance 1282 prohibits anyone under the age of 18 to be or remain in or upon the
streets at night from 11:00 pm until 5:00 am Sunday-Thursday and from 12:00 am (midnight) until 5:00 am Friday and Saturday.
- You can call the non-emergency line and provide as much information about the location, people, cars etc that you can. An
information report will be made and the location investigated. Unfortunately these cases can take a long time to develop. If you see a drug transaction taking place this is a crime in progress you will need to report that it is in progress.
