DISTRICT COURT
- You can verify your court date by calling the court clerk at 870-763-7513. They are located at 121 N. 2nd street and are open Mon-Fri
during normal business hours. The Police Department can not assist you with your court date.
- You can request that your court date be changed but there is no guarantee it will be changed. To request a different court date you
can call the court clerks office 870-763-7513located at 121 N. 2nd street and are open Mon-Fri during normal business hours. The Police Department can not assist you in changing your court date.
- To verify your fine amount you can call the court clerks office at 870-763-7513 Mon-Fri during normal business hours. Fines / Bonds
are set by the court and can differ between State, County or City. In order to receive accurate information you must tell the clerk what jurisdiction or which department wrote you the ticket. The Blytheville Police Department does not maintain fines/bond amounts for any other jurisdiction other than the those for the City of Blytheville.
- Your fine or ticket can be paid at the City Collectors office located at 124 W. Walnut phone # 870-763-8333. They are open Mon-Fri
during normal business hours. Fines and Tickets can not be paid at the police department.
- An order of protection is a permanent or temporary court order that is filed with the Mississippi County Court House Circuit Court
Clerks Office located across the street from the Police Department. You can contact them at 870-762-2332. An officer or the Haven Battered Women's shelter may assist if you have been the victim of domestic violence. The Haven can be contacted at 870-532-6669.
- A no contact order is a temporary court order issued by the District Court in conjunction with a case before the court. A no contact
order may stop at the end of the court case or one year from the end of the court case as ordered by the judge.
